We did construction with lollipops today in Ms Sweetman’s class.
The children in Ms. Sweetman’s class made a beautiful Garden of Remembrance for our Sacred Space board this month.
Mr Smyth’s 4th/5th Class have been examining the properties of 3-D shape. Check out some of the shapes they have tried to recreate using printable nets which they cut out and glued. The pupils have created their own imaginative
“nasty” character and are writing their own creative story around the character.

Today, 4th and 5th Class met exciting new Irish author Dave Rudden in Phibsboro Library. The children are reading his book “Knights of the Borrowed Dark” as part of the Citywide Reading Campaign. Dave gave them a short workshop and read from his book. The class had a question and answer session and got a lovely autograph from Dave.
