Spooky First Class!
Sam & Jack visit St Gabriel’s NS
Today we had two famous visitors to our school Sam Maguire along with Dublin Football Star Jack McCaffery. The pupils were thrilled and all had their photos taken with the Jack and the cup.

Maths Tables Champions!
St. Gabriel’s held the annual Maths Tables competition as part of Maths Week 2013. The nerves before the Junior and Senior finals were evident in all the children taking part and even in the audience. Each finalist had a number of sums to answer with the questions gradually getting more difficult until only the winner was still standing. Not only were the pupils’ excellent Maths skills displayed, it was also a great pleasure the see the outstanding sportsmanship of the participants. Well done to Michal, our Junior Champion with Scott and David the deserving runners up. Our Senior Champion Madalina was heartily congratulated by runners up Alex and Darragh. Well done to all the finalists!
