5th class went to Larkin College to compete in the Lord Mayor’s Cup Competition. They competed against O’Connell’s – an all boys school.
The events the children took part in were wall climbing, basketball shots, football, penalty shoot-out and sprints. At least 5 children took part in each event and some children had to do more than one event each, They all tried their very best. Miss Smith, Elani and Miss O’Loughlin did their best too. It was a fun morning out and 5th class showed real competitive spirit and great sportsmanship. Well done to all involved!
