We’re excited to present a sample of some of the songs from our Christmas Album. The children have been working hard practising and recording the songs and we are in the process of finishing the project – it will be available for sale soon and we will keep you posted on all details as soon as possible! The children are all happy and proud of their hard work – we hope you enjoy it too!

Here are some pictures of the wonderful Mark from St. Brendan’s GAA club doing weekly sessions with classes from St. Gabriel’s N.S.
St. Brendan’s run free GAA sessions every Wednesday evening from 6.30pm and Saturday mornings from 10am at St. Brendan’s Longmeadows, Chapelizod rd., for ages 4 to 12.
St Gabriel’s NS are pleased to announce that we have received a grant of €4,500 from Version 1, as part of their Community First programme. Version 1 is an Irish technology company based in Dublin 1. The aim of their Community First programme is to improve employment opportunities by leveraging technology and skills, with St Gabriel’s NS chosen to receive this ICT grant. Continue reading
Children at St Gabriel’s are designing their own Christmas cards. They are being sent off this week to be professionally printed. Parents will be informed of different options for purchasing prints of their children’s cards.

As we are not able to do a whole school Christmas show, this year we are recording an album of Christmas songs, sung by the children of St Gabriel’s. Each class are recording songs in pods, with Mr Whyte and Mr Donnelly helping out with music and production. Everyone is so excited!
