St. Gabriel’s held the annual Maths Tables competition as part of Maths Week 2013.\u00a0The nerves before the Junior and Senior finals were evident in all the children taking part and even in the audience.\u00a0 Each finalist had a number of sums to answer with the questions gradually getting more difficult until only the winner was still standing.\u00a0 Not only were the pupils’ excellent Maths skills displayed, it was also a great pleasure the see the outstanding sportsmanship of the participants.\u00a0 Well done to Michal, our Junior Champion with Scott and David the deserving runners up.\u00a0 Our Senior Champion Madalina was heartily congratulated by runners up Alex and Darragh. Well done to all the finalists!<\/p>\n
