Well done to all the boys and girls in Senior Infants for taking part in our Art Week.
The creativity and the imagination of Senior Infants was amazing. Every day, I was looking forward to seeing the fantastic activities created by everyone!
Senior infants were creating robots from recycled materials in their homes, putting together a still life composition and making a sketch of it, taking pictures of an insect busy at work, making a collage using leaves, flowers, twigs and pebbles, writing and decorating their names in different styles and recreating some famous art works along with more art activities.
Along with Ms Whyte, Ms Fahey, Mrs Condron and Ms Hanlon, I have truly enjoyed looking at the photos, videos and listening to voice messages of all the activities you have been doing. The talent in Senior Infants is incredible!
Lastly, a big thank you to Ms. Fitzpatrick, Ms. Hanlon and Mrs Condron for all the activities they have done for our Art Week.
Here are some pictures from our Art Week!
This week is Poetry Week! Mrs O’Leary and Ms. O’ Loughlin have planned wonderful activities for our Poetry Week. Continue to take photos/videos of your work or any activities you are doing at home and upload it onto Seesaw to show me. If you choose not to upload your work, keep all your wonderful work together so you can show it to me when we return to school.
Best wishes to Debora who celebrates her birthday this week!
Have a lovely week,
Miss Reynolds
