The next round of Maths Games will begin on Wednesday March 6th at 9am for Ms. Whyte, Ms. O’Leary and Mr. Gallagher’s classes.  The children of St. Gabriel’s have shown in the last few years that not only can we have great fun playing Maths games, but that we can also consolidate and develop the Maths skills that we have learned.  We always welcome and appreciate the involvement of parents and hope to see you there!

Junior Infants have been very excited every Thursday since we started our dance classes with Bernie.  Everyone in the class has been listening really well and showing some great dance moves.

We had a surprise visitor in St. Gabriel’s today ……………… Santa Claus himself! He visited every class and had a lovely book for each child.  Santa heard that the children in Junior Infants were very good and they sang some lovely songs for him.

We had lots of fun and excitement in St. Gabriel’s today for Hallowe’en.  Everyone from Junior Infants to Ms. McLoone dressed up for the occasion and we had a special assembly with each class singing songs or reciting poems.  Ms. O’Loughlin’s class even read poems that they had written themselves.  Happy Hallowe’en!
