Its been a busy March in Mr Smyth’s 4th Class.
In Art the children are working with Fabric and Fibre creating colourful pom poms and jazzy bracelets.

In Maths, they have been working on chance– throwing dice and flipping coins and working out the probability of the outcomes.

In 3-D Shape, they learned about the Euler’s Rule discovered by Leonhard Euler in 1758, a formula in 3D geometry that helps them work out the number of edges of a 3-D shape when they know the number of faces and number of vertices.
