Good Friends Week

1st – 5th September 2014

The pupils in St. Gabriel’s N.S. are making an extra effort to be a good friend to everyone in our school community this week.

Each class is drawing up their own class charter with guidelines and rules that they feel are important to help their classroom to be a safe, happy, hard-working and productive place to be in this year.

We’re keeping an eye open for children who have made an outstanding effort throughout the week. Prizes will be awarded on Friday at assembly!

 

New Home School Community Liaison Coordinator

Hello everybody and welcome back.

 

My name is Anna. I am the new Home School Community Liaison (HSCL) Teacher for St Gabriel’s NS taking over from Niall.

 

HSCL works closely with parents and families building links between the school and home.

 

I hope that over the coming year, I will get to know you all better. My office is located inside the front door of the school. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions. My phone number is 085 187 11 73.

 

To get to know you all a little better, I’d like to invite you to a coffee morning next Tuesday, 9th September from 8:50am. Pop into the parent’s room once the children have gone into class, and say hello over a cup of tea or coffee.
