Return to school for parents

Dear parents/guardians,

We all hope you and your families are well and would like to welcome you back to St. Gabriel’s. Please find return to school information specific to St. Gabriel’s here.

Some general advice for parents about children and COVID-19 can be found here. It is an official document from the HSE and will help guide you on what to do if your child is unwell.

Finally, back to school information for parents videos in over 30 languages (such as Arabic,  Polish, Portuguese and  Romanian for example) can be found here. These videos have all been approved by Irish medical professionals. A sample video in Polish can be found below.

Communion Songs

These are some of the songs from the First Holy Communion ceremony that you had been practising in school before the lockdown.  Please try to listen and sing along to these at least once a day until the day of your Communion.  You will find the words to the songs in the Communion booklets that were in your school pack.

1. This is the Day

2. My Shepherd is the Lord

3. I am the Bread

4. We come to you Lord Jesus

5. Go Now in Peace
